The visit of the head of the Palestinian National Administration Mahmud Abbas started yesterday. Before he started his negotiations with Vladimir Putin, he had met with Kommersant's reporter Mikhail Zygar and declared him he knew about the mistakes his predecessor had done and would try not to repeat them. ... -- Is that true that you are intended to integrate "Martyrs of Al Ax" in Palestinian security forces?
-- "Martyrs of Al Ax" are the part if "Fatkh" and Palestinian power and we'll do our best to build it into the civil society. It's very important for us that Israeli government stops the killings and striking blows on the Palestinian activists. Once it happens we will be able to implement reforms of both security system and Palestinian administration, will try to integrate "Martyrs of Al Ax" in the civic structures of autonomy - not only security forces
-- And the rest of the armed groupings too?
-- Sure, they are the part if the Palestinians. Any organization can join the security forces or administration.

-- During the elections you have promised to stop fire on the Jewish settlements with Kassam rockets. How did you manage to do that?
-- Actually the firing is stopped. There are no rockets left. There are people who don't want to stop, i.e those who want to blow the world up. They are renegades. The rest, and they prevail, stick to the obligation to stop firing and long to peace.
