Arab Environment Ministers Council studying Dimona Reactor

Cairo, Dec 8, SPA --The meetings of 16th session of Arab Environment Ministers Council concluded here today. Prince Turki Bin Nasser Bin Abdulaziz, the President of Meteorology and Environment Protection said that the council's discussions aimed at Arab solidarity in defense of environment and its protection in the Arab world as well as the coordination of the stands of Arab countries at international conferences and world organizations.
On the dangers of Israeli Demona's reactor on neighboring Arab countries, he said that it is a very important matter since the reactor's dangers threaten all peoples in the region, adding that the council approved preparing studies on the reactor's damages and how to alleviate them upon its explosion. --SPA 2126 Local Time 1826 GMT
